At the end of November, a code of MIUI 12 leaked indicating that Xiaomi is planning to produce a smartphone with a QHD + display. A few days ago, the Chinese tech giant announced Mi 11 with similar screen specifications. Recently, another code in the MIUI Gallery application also appeared, hinting at confirming information about the Mi 11 Pro. Unlike Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro were announced at the same time. Xiaomi’s event at the end of December showed only one Mi 11 model. Although the company did not mention anything about the Pro version, but famous leaker Digital Chat Station revealed the device will be released after the Spring Festival in China.
Recently, Xiaomi updated MIUI Gallery to v184.108.40.206. According to kacskrz – an XDA member, the latest source code of the MIUI Gallery application not only confirms the existence of the Mi 11 Pro but also the QHD + curved screen of the device.
According to previous reports, the display of the Mi 11 Pro can support a 120 Hz refresh rate, mapping SDR to HDR, MEMC and AI upgrades. In addition, the device will most likely come with an upgraded camera and support for faster charging.
